1. The Service

  • Bloomnest is a digital marketplace for children's books. We sell digital licenses to access book content through our platform.
  • Books purchased are digital products delivered instantly to your library upon confirmed payment.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any book or feature at any time.

2. Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Accounts for children must be managed by a parent or guardian.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. You may not transfer your account or purchased books to another person.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and converted to your selected currency at current rates.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital books once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.
  • In the event of a technical issue preventing access to a purchased book, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Permitted Use

  • Books purchased on Bloomnest are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share the content of any book with others.
  • You may not use automated tools to download, scrape, or extract content from the platform.
  • Interactive activity content (sticker activities) is provided as-is and may not be reproduced outside the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All book content, illustrations, and interactive activities are the property of their respective publishers and authors.
  • The Bloomnest platform, design, and software are our intellectual property.
  • Purchasing a book grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access its content through our platform.

6. Disclaimer

  • Bloomnest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  • We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
